Our Membership Plan | Save On Dentistry In Centennial

Aspen Springs Dental offers a "Valued Patient Dental Plan" at a 20% fee reduction on most dental procedures and is available to our uninsured patients.


You can participate in this plan as an individual, a couple, or as a family. A family is defined as parent(s) and minor children (under 21 years old) living in the same household. Our plans begin Jan 1 and extend to Dec 31. You can start a membership any time in the calendar year to receive the fee reductions; however, the membership fee is not prorated.


* Retail products are excluded from our Value Patient Dental Plan fee reductions

* Payment for treatment can be made with Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover

* CareCredit financing can be used for payment plus an administration charge of 6%

* Senior and pre-payment discounts cannot be combined with our Value Patient Dental Plan

Member plans are as follows:


  • $305.00 - Single
  • $335.00 - Couple
  • $415.00 - Family of 3
  • $470.00 - Family of 4
  • Additional family members added past 4 are $70 each


The plan offers members a 20% fee reduction on these dental procedures:


  • Diagnostic Exam and X-rays
  • Preventative Cleanings
  • Restorative procedures
  • Periodontal Therapy and Laser Therapy
  • Posterior Crown and Bridge
  • Extractions
  • Occlusal Guards


The plan offers members a 10% fee reduction on these dental procedures:


  • Anterior Veneer/ Crown/ Bridge
  • Full Arch Restorations
  • Implant Restorations
  • Removable Dentures and Partials
  • Invisalign or Clear Choice Orthodontic
  • CRT Evaluation and Records
